When you sit down at the poker table, there are usually two dealers, called a dealer and a customer. A dealer takes the place of another player and uses a deck of cards to contain the same number of chips as the other players in the game; in poker, a single card may be turned up or down and it will not change the outcome of the game. The dealer will deal the hand and place the betting interval, which means that he will start the betting process and then stop the betting when he has made all his money.

In draw poker, one player will face another and the player that has the lowest total chips will be dealt five cards and the player that has the highest total chips will be dealt seven cards. Draw Poker is an example of a Caribbean poker game. In stud poker, each player is dealt two cards face up and each player must pass their turn and then the dealer will draw a card from the deck and place it in front of each player; if the player that was passed the card passes his turn, the dealer will draw another card and then continue the drawing until the player has no cards left to be dealt. In the last step, the dealer will pass the winning hand to the winner.
